UPDATE I forgot until now, I did get in touch with their main contact and received ZERO support... Nothing! No apologies, they obviously didn't care that their customer are getting ripped off... You'd think maybe a coupon for replacement ice cream cones, at least... NOPE! NOTHING! Seems I am NOT the only one!!!! Just ordered 2 large cones... Ok. If this is the Fitchburg place. It’s very different from a normal Dairy Queen. The one of west Boylston is a 5 star but the one in Fitchburg. Why do you have windows blocking interactions, the look and feel is very discomforting

Horrible service paid and asked for extra toppings and this is what we got I also had to ask for my extra toppings that I paid for because she didn’t put it on the first time and then after asking for extra this is what she puts on I won’t be going back what a joke charging extra money for this is rediculous th
