Great little old school DQ! Walk up and order at the window, what a great way to enjoy a beautiful night outside! Friendly Staff did a great job keeping up with a ton of orders.
I never write reviews. Worst experience at a Dairy Queen. Staff were rude and refused to do our order that we wanted. Saying it was impossible to put fudge on an ice cream. It sounds like a small thing but like it’s an ice cream shop let be fr.
Our experience today was not pleasant. We didn't receive customer serviceship or professionalism. The person who took our order was courteous. However, our order did not come. The way we asked for it, and when we told the person who called our order, who looked like the manager, she told us to take that up with the girl at the first window, not professional at all, not courteous, not customer friendly.
