Said their gift card system was down and couldn't use the $15 we had on one. Hearing the owner is cheapskate in other reviews makes me question if that was true....but fine..paid out of pocket and they gave us the wrong sizes. When we explained this and asked if we were charged for them, the response was 'yea, sorry'. No attempt to fix the issue. Not a very friendly reception when we entered the store. $18 for two blizzards and a cone. The funky smell is still there, but I've heard that's related to the building owners issue... read more
Great customer service!
Ice cream cone for my daughter was fine. My wife’s ordered Reeces cups in ice cream in a bowl and received very little Reece’s cups. Chili dogs were so so from the microwave. My big disappointment was they apparently don’t make banana split blizzards here at this location. They do have all the ingredients and you can order a banana split. I asked if she could just make it a blizzard since they have everything needed but she would not. Also the only food they serve is chili dogs. Went in for the cookie crunch Sunday They couldn’t even put the cookies . When I showed what I wanted the worker said no … worst experience ever ….. will never come here again . It was as more the fact they didn’t even add the cookies to it
