I am beyond frustrated with how I was treated at this location and want to WARN others, especially anyone with ALLERGIES to stay away. I came in with a peanut allergy and tried to order an Oreo Blizzard, but the worker refused and said the only option she could give me was “cones”, because they were not able to make a blizzard for me safely. Came all the way from England to try there blizzard ice cream and they didn’t do the upside down thing with it. 7 hours on a plane, 2 hours in a car, a ferry and to be let down is despicable. Never going back there ever again… Depending on how desperate I feel

Always seem like they are out of chocolate soft serve, with no urge to fix it. Very disappointing.

Got an orange Julius and it tasted awful. Bitter and bad. I told a worker there who informed me she was the owner and was extremely rude. She said she put out the ingredients so it couldn’t possibly be bad. Nasty stuck up owner.

Meh sorta rude and pissy bc I had an allergy. Like ma’am put soft serve Oreo soft serve and Oreo on top right? Or just have a good summer
