Disgusting service! Talking in the back ignoring customers in front. When I asked for my pre-placed order, owner snapped “the order doesn’t make itself” and tried to accuse me of yelling to validate her ignorant attitude. There’s amazing ice cream places on MV- too bad this isn’t one of them. BBB should be notified. This place is unsanitary and unprofessional. UPDATE: OWNER STILL HAS NOT ISSUED REFUND. WILL BE TAKING FORMAL ACTION.
This place hits the spot. I love how the employees do the flip test before you receive. This ice cream holds up and taste great

Travelled across town to get ice cream for a family members birthday request only to find they closed 30 minutes before advertised time.. workers were still inside with lights out. Disappointing
Said they were open online so I drove 25 minutes and turns out they’re actually closed. The sign on the door said closed on sundays but open tomorrow at noon. Today’s Monday and it’s closed so not sure what they’re doing
