The manager salayah needs to learn some customer service skills or be fired! She is rude and very unprofessional even if it is just Dairy Queen! Also the writing on the cake is horrible for a cake ordered a week in advance!

Ruined my birthday celebration by not having my cake ready AND being rude about it. Pick a struggle DQ. I came in around 3pm 2/27/26 for a cake pickup I'd ordered a few days prior. Dan helped me at first and I told him the name it was under. He shouted my order to the back. After 5+ minutes a middle-aged blonde woman (Shelly) came out and acted annoyed as she questioned me about the name. very rude cashier that took our order through the drive thru that told my mom to stop ordering when she was trying to note my sisters life threatening allergy on her blizzard. when we pulled up, they said they couldn’t do anything for my sisters allergy because of “manager policy.” at every other dairy queen, there is no guarantee that the machine can be cleaned for allergies, but we have never been treated like this when it comes to her allergy. the cashier was rude when my mom asked for her money back because they wouldn’t... read more
