I have yet to try their ice cream… but their soft pretzel sticks are really good

It was nothing like the commercials for the moo latte. It was grainy and the whipped cream was like soup. Sad panda.
Went to this location last night. Our blizzard wasn’t full so my husband asked them to add more ice cream. The staff was clearly annoyed with his request and instead of mixing it with the blender they just used a spoon to mix it and when my husband asked about it they girl said “we are working on closing”. This was 15 min before their posted closing time. I feel like customer service is dead any more. Why is that?
