You’re not going to convince me that this is a “Large Hot Fudge Sundae”. Whatever happened to the triple layers? I know I’m not crazy so I found it online. Here’s a pic of what used to be a large sundae versus what I got. A bunch of teenage kids need a manager or some quality control. All you do is ice cream, please do it well. I even asked them if it was a large - and they said yes. I hate leaving negative reviews but felt like this should be addressed or at least made into a training exercise.
I have yet to try their ice cream… but their soft pretzel sticks are really good
Friendly staff service was good.Took a while to get the food though.

It was nothing like the commercials for the moo latte. It was grainy and the whipped cream was like soup. Sad panda.
