We will never buy here again. Unfortunately, our experience with Giulia, the cashier, was EXTREMELY unpleasant. Her attitude was rude, disrespectful, and made us feel very uncomfortable. Customer service should never leave customers feeling this way. Very disappointing experience.

The icecream was great and the carrot juice was yummy as well. Giulia was the girl who made my order and her service was quick and pleasant.

The shift leader May is kind and friendly. Actually I am new to Canada and didn’t know the menu at Dairy Queen but she explained every items to me patiently and I am sure she got another loyal customers as well! I will come back again for her friendly service. And the blizzard is delicious.
