I had an amazing experience at the Treat Centre in Dairy Queen at St. Vital Centre! From the moment I walked up, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and super efficient. Even though it was a busy time at the mall, the line moved quickly and my order was prepared perfectly. Ohhh, this Dairy Queen is something else, I swear. I walk in, I’ve got my coupons, my birthday Blizzard rewards, I’m ready to live my best life five minutes of joy, that’s all I’m asking and they hit me with, “Oh, those aren’t valid here. The Indian staff was unprofessional and refused to let me use the deal on my app (stating it's not available on St vital centre). I tried applying it mobile order and it actually worked. He didn't even try to scan my deal at the till.
Came here for an orange julius and was given a straight liquid and syrup drink. They used to be icy and frothy. I asked one of the staff if they could remake it and they just said thats how it is and turned me away . Im really disappointed because i used to get these a lot when I was younger and they were my favourite. Im pretty sure they just gave me an older one that was sitting out and didn’t make it fresh. And for a large that was 10$ that was even more disappointing. Please do better.
