I wanted to bring an ongoing issue to your attention regarding the drive-thru service at your location between 8:30–9:30 PM. Every time we’ve visited during this time frame, the service has been extremely poor. The young employees are often joking around, our orders are made incorrectly, and we’ve had to turn around and come back on three separate occasions. SPOILED MILK, got a Carmel milkshake that tasted nothing like Carmel. Only tasted like spoiled dairy. Would not recommend wasting your money on their product. TERRIBLE.
