It’s really disappointing when a store launches a new product and the cashier doesn’t even know what ingredients it contains or what flavor it is. When you ask because you genuinely don’t know what it tastes like or what’s in it, you would think they could let you try a small sample. Instead, her response was, “Yes, I can let you try it, but you have to pay for it first.” That’s really poor customer service.
Super!
