Terrible experience. But to be fair, I share a part in this disaster. I didn't know this location only serves ice cream, drinks, chips, and hot dogs. After placing my order I realized that the boxes of dilly bars and peanut butter bars that I was pointing to wasn't charged. The cashier charged me for single bars instead of the boxes. I paid again to correct the order. The clerk would have been helpful if she had asked clarifying questions such as, is the classic hot dog a combo or a single order. I recently went through the drive-thru with my boyfriend on 5/8/26, at the Hunt Hwy location. He asked if they had a mini milkshake because he was confused about the size options. The employee responded by laughing and saying “umm no” with an attitude. I understand that everyone can have stressful days, but customers should still be treated respectfully.
