I usually love this location, but this visit was frustrating. After waiting in a long drive-thru line, the communication about what was actually available was so unclear that we ended up leaving without getting what we came for. A little better communication would have gone a long way.

I always dread coming to this location. I don't know who trains these little girls at the drive-thru but they are so rude and disrespectful. They obviously don't value customer service. I let this girl know in advance that I was going to order 4 items. Everytime I asked for anything she would just repeat anything else, anything else, anything else with a snobby attitude. I will not be coming here anymore.
This place has the rudest window service not welcoming at all no " Hi welcome to DQ" just got a "ready to order?" I Pulled up to window still no hi just my total then hands card back an turns her back to me an leans on window couldn't even ask her a question about a item then just hands me my blizzard an hurry up an closes door no "have a good night" nothing this was at 5/19/26 at 8:28pm I dont know but the night crew here just seems dead inside just really dont wanna be there
