Ordered in the app and went inside to pickup. The woman said she can't fulfill any of the order as the ice cream and drink machines were broken. Ok why are they open or accepting orders in the app? I ask what next and she tells me to contact support in the app and she can't cancel it herself. There is no support in the app. I had to call corporate and they are putting in a refund request and the store manager has to call me within ten days to approve it. Drove my whole family 20 minutes to get here, to be told ice cream machine isn’t working and hasn’t been for 5 days! Asked for some kind of small gift card for my hassle/fuel expenses and get told no, since it’s been going on for 5 days. So they don’t get my business now. Also lady working was kind of rude.

Not advertised correctly. Misleading. I see that there’s a dairy Queen so I pull over to find out it’s a treat-only locations and they don’t have any real food. Very disappointed.
