8/12/2025 Tried again, same crappy results...cannot believe this costs over $7. Tonight a skimpy $6 parfait, 2 weeks ago completely melted Blizzards.
I wish I could give them a 1/2 star. My husband and I ordered blizzards and within 20 minutes after eating them we were horribly sick. I called the store and spoke to the manager Grace, if she really was the manager, she denied that anything could be wrong, she claimed that the soft serve was not ice cream and that it was melted because it was so hot outside, it’s 70 degrees outside. She acted like I was bothering her. I would not recommend eating at this DQ to anyone!!!!
I had an issue 07/19/2025 and I asked for the manager and Ethan told me the manager was too busy to talk to me. SO I left!
