I had an absolutely terrible experience tonight. I came through the drive ordered 2 meal deals upgraded w/ pretzel sticks and 2 small blizzards(heath and brownie extreme) Pull up pay, she hands out 1st blizzard and I asked you don't flip them anymore? She replied "yes we do, sorry." Closed the window and told all the teens in there who just looked at me and laughed. was my first time going to dq, tall young man with brown ponytail and glasses was very kind to give recommendations!
Service was awful. Those snotty teenagers that don’t even know how to do a simple transaction or make a simple drink. Especially the girl that was working the window, Haley Wicke I believe. Treat your customers better. What a shame.
Out of all the Dairy Queens I've been to, this one is the best. They have a bunch of hard-working guys and gals here and I'm thankful customer care is always there.
