Hello , me and my wife are very upset , we understand that not all franchises are the same but you should make certain things mandatory for all the locations , 85 th anniversary at this location , they even had a display in front of cash to say 85th year but no deals at all , we were going for 2 blizzards at 85c and were told that the manager decided not too have the deal at their location , to me you should remove them as a franchise , something important like 85th year anniversary and they would not be here without you and... read more
Wow. Le pire service à la clientèle que j’ai reçu cette année. Je comprends que c’est un emploi au salaire minimum, mais câline, c’est quoi l’affaire avec juste fixer les clients à la caisse avec un regard bête pendant 4 minutes sans dire un mot ? Quoi, faut que je passe ma propre commande ? Et c’est toujours les deux mêmes gars : un avec les cheveux bruns plats, et l’autre avec les cheveux noirs frisés. Si vous êtes aussi misérables que ça, partez. Vous n’êtes pas des esclaves, quelqu’un d’autre peut faire votre job.

Bon service et bon rapport qualité-prix, la configuration de la salle intérieure et la décoration dans les fenêtres mériteraient rénovation/modernisation
