My husband and I just got a mocha brownie blizzard and a turtle blizzard. Dq feedback: It's insane that you guys are charging $5 for maybe not even a scoop of ice cream. Love the staff and treats. Wish they could start scheduling more than 1 person on the first few hours of opening. Have had to wait around 30 to 40 minutes cause she was so backed up. Everyone felt bad for her.
This place during the week when you come just before 9pm...you ask for chocolate ice cream they tell you the chocolate is not working. I think they wanna clean early and get out. It happens too often. Corporate or management find out what's going on here with the chocolate ice cream.
Very disappointed! I ordered a DAIRY FREE Dilly Bar for my son who is has a dairy sensitivity. When I checked out at the window I repeated, "This is DAIRY FREE correct?" They confirmed. It was packages and when I read the label it said it had MILK in it! The only thing it said on the front was "Reduced Sugar". The worker was nice but whoever is in charge needs to make sure the workers don't mess that up. Luckily my son doesn't have any allergies but what if he did?
