Everything was fine until my spoon was thrown on the dirty counter instead of handed to me and my ice cream was a little watery.
Service was terrible and servers were rude.
It was very busy and the workers were still efficient and kind.

I came in on Saturday morning at 10:30AM as the store opened to pick up an emergency birthday cake. Josh was amazing and needs to be recognized - friendly, smart, helpful, efficient. Give the young man and promotion or raise. Well done, Josh.
