Yeah so recently me and my girlfriend went this location and we been coming there for the last four years we never had any issues and when we’re ordering our ice cream that little kid you guys hired I swear he’s ruining everything first of all he doesn’t greet or ask what you want to order and he basically made us wait like 10 mins for us to get our stuff and it’s very bad because he doesn’t even give you any lids or anything for banana splits or blizzards and I am not the only one that says this it’s very bad i genuinely do... read more

Horrible customer service. Kids that do not know how to operate a business. You will wait an obnoxious amount of time. AVOID!!

If I could give zero stars as review, I would do it. I’ve been coming to this location all this summer. The male employee that looks like he’s 10 years of age never greets & has an attitude when he’s asking for our order as if we are bothering him every time we come. Horrible personality, with zero experience in customer service. He just hands over my order and never thanks us for our business nor says bye or have have a good day.
