Great customer service!
Not sure why they refuse to replace/fix the twist ice cream machine. Literally been close to 6mo ago when it initially broke. Seemingly prideful about NOT having fixed the machine when asked.
Their website menu said they had Orange Julius, but they didn't.

Came to get a simple twist cone to my surprise I was told very rudely by a middle age women working they don’t have twist. With such bad customer service I will never give this establishment a dime of my money ever again. This place needs to get it together & their employees need better training or hire people with manners.
