I work in the mall, and frequent this Dairy Queen frequently for their incredibly gracious deal on large drinks for mall employees. While I don't usually get the food (not for any purpose other than preference), I am around it enough to notice a few things. They got our order wrong, the cone was very messy chocolate dripping all over the cone. Ice cream didn’t taste normal, cone tasted stale. 🤷🏼♀️☹️
Does not accept American Express. Other locations do.
Get this place a new manager. Awful service and the kids working there are slow and rude.
Asked for a small “cone” and got this it was runny and not in a cone
