Very disappointed with my experience at this Dairy Queen. The Indian girl with specs was extremely unprofessional and rude. At 10:40, she refused to take our order even though the store clearly closes at 11, and told us to leave by 10:45 with an attitude. When I asked a simple question about what goes into a sundae, she showed no interest in helping and responded with more attitude. This is unacceptable customer service and left a very bad impression. Very rude and disrespectful attitude from the staff. She didn’t even know how to greet customers properly and was extremely unprofessional. At 10:40 PM, she refused to take my order even though the store clearly closes at 11:00 PM. The lady wearing specs, who seemed to be the manager on duty today (23/08/25), spoke with an attitude and treated customers like they were a burden instead of providing service. I usually love coming to Dairy Queen because dessert is something people enjoy with happy faces. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was very disappointing. On our visit around 10:30 PM (well before closing at 11), a lady staff member wearing glasses served us three sundaes. When we politely asked if we could order just one more, she responded in a very rude and unprofessional way, telling us to leave.
