I went in to get a Reese blizzard with extra Reese and got a Reese blizzard with Oreo so I let them now that it was wrong the two ladies work gave me an attitude for pointing out the mistake and the made me the right blizzard but put a hole in the bottom of the cup
To the young lady working the register on 06/17/2026 at 8:15 pm. You are a terrible employee. Being rude to customers and saying out loud how you just want to go home and how everyone wants ice cream after 8pm is a bad look. You should be fired, business is open until 9 pm and complaining about doing your job within those hours is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Dairy Queen, fire this employee and find someone with a hint of work ethic. Will not ever be returning to this place.
I went to go get a banana split and was told that they only had 2 bananas left and they could not make it. They were trying to convince me a get a blizzard instead, I walked out. If you still had the material to make a banana split it should haven been made.
Totally miserable staff! Our blizzards were lumpy and horrible! I got an upset stomach about 4 hours later! 🤮
