One worker, Bianca, made an extremely rude comment to me after I had ordered my food and I was at the window paying she looked at me and said “ Do you know it’s 840 and you’re ordering food right now?” With an attitude, Granted, I didn’t know time, but either way your workers are getting paid to do their work as in close and give your customers food, and make the food and ice cream is that not your job description? Why do they feel an attitude and rude comments are necessary?
Good customer service, and I'm glad they had a place to sit to enjoy the delicious sundae )even though they don't have a restroom).
