I don’t normally do this but I keep thinking about this - My son and I stopped in this afternoon for some ice cream. Ice cream was good and our service was fine. But I was appalled by the way one of the ladies that I’m assuming is the manager was speaking to one of the young kids who was training. The Blizzard barely had any good stuff in it. Kind of a let down compared to the past. But pleasant staff. Maybe next order will be better.

We walked into this Dairy Queen on August 8, 2025, and the doors were still open. The employee immediately told us they stopped serving at 9, even though it was only 3 minutes past. We were fine with that and politely asked if we could still place our order through the drive-thru window since we didn’t have a car nearby, or even pay now at the counter since we were in the store and just pick up at the window.
