I went through drive thru. I asked to have whipped cream on my milkshake and didn't get any, I also ordered 4 items and the girl started handing them to me, I asked for a tray they just handed me one and I put my own stuff in it. Not impressed with the service. Much better previous years.
Now this is the Dairy Queen that you need to go to. Everything here tastes way better than the one in Carleton Place. It tastes like real milk products and I have never met a staff member who wasn't super nice and friendly. Boycott Carleton Place and go here instead!
Chill cheese dogs were awesome. Great shakes. Friendly staff.
Came here to get a Treatzza Pizza for my husband's birthday. I asked the lady if she could write on it, she went above and beyond. Her name was Alexa and she used two colours and made it look beautiful. Amazing customer service!
