Since 1940 when our founder, Sherb Noble, opened the very first Dairy Queen in Joliet, IL, the Noble DQ Family has continued to serve high quality treats, efficiently and courteously. We are a treat only Dairy Queen so we don't offer food, but we do specialize in serving the the best tasting soft-serve and other frozen treats, and, we are honored to have to opportunity to serve you!

Grace the “Manager” is the most incompetent person I have ever met. Not only are my orders mostly wrong; she argues about it. She also never gives me the correct change like EVER. I have to help her calculate the correct amount back EVERY SINGLE TIME. I stopped coming to this location because of her and recommend other locations because she is THAT BAD. I hope she isn’t a Nepo hire. Because I can’t find any good reason to keep her.
every time i order a strawberry blizzard with CONE DIP and mixed nuts they try to correct me and say “do you mean the chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard?” i say yes cuz as a former employee that is exactly what the blizzard is it’s just not on the menu. but even though i tell them exactly what i want in there they still make wrong by using the chocolate chunks not the cone dip. it doesn’t taste as much of chocolate and its just disappointing. if you are gonna hear what i want an then call it something different insisting i... read more
