Had to wait for my food my entire lunch hour I will not be eating there again this is the second time it has happened.
Very slow service
came here, lady at window gave an incredible attitude then when i recieved my food, it was made incorrectly and cold. when i came back to get my burger remade, they took apart my burger slapped on a piece of cold cheese and didn’t even try to make sure it was remade or anything. afterwards she handed my food back again with the same attitude and fake smile. terrible service. completely embarrasing for levelland. 8/22/25 @ around 5:45-6 pm
Dairy Queen is not to be played with! Their customer service may be long and lacking, but the food is always fresh. They also honor any special requests. This is the spot, hands down!!!!!
