Jordan and Chris are great , i came in and ordered a meal . I spilled a big tea all over the floor and they came out and helped and didn't get upset . The food was great Jordan was great at the cashier desk , smiling and joyful
Horrible experience at drive thru took them 40 mins to get our order out! This is ridiculous, a drive thru is supposed to be fast paced! SMH DAIRY QUEEN DO BETTER! It wasnt even busy, we seen everyone standing around. 😡
They have the time in the receipts wrong so you can’t really tell when you ordered and how long you waited. We’ve been here for about 30 minutes and haven’t gotten our food. Don’t get me wrong it is packed and the drive through line is long as always but this could be fixed if there wasn’t FIVE ppl just standing around the ice cream machine…… this place literally sucks cheeks and should be closed. Had to wait for my food my entire lunch hour I will not be eating there again this is the second time it has happened.
