So I ordered my ice cream and I had a coupon and then they tell me they don’t accept it because they have no way of scanning it in…. and I said what difference does it make? I’m showing you that it’s valid and they still wouldn’t take it and then they told me at the end they do not accept coupons at all which is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place. Very poor customer service.
Ordered a cake. Was told to come after 12 pm. I’m here at 12:40 pm and the place is closed. The hours on the website are 12-9:30. So I can’t get the cake we ordered for my sons birthday party today?
