Great service and food was good. The building and interior is definitely older so the atmosphere isn't that great. Thankfully that didn't impact my service. The workers were very polite and fast.
The food was horrible barley warm and two of my three burgers were wrong. You can tell dave no longer owns the store due to the lack of quality this was the worst dq ive got in along time.
We ordered our food and waited 21 minutes for it. We live 1min away and our fries were old and cold getting home. We reheated in the air fryer which made them worse. My boyfriend’s steak sandwich was soggy and cold. My cheeseburger was cold and I had Asked for no onions which were on the burger anyway. No ranch and I do believe we were charged for it. We ended up throwing most of the food away. The food has been bad the last few times so I don’t know what’s going on.
Ordered two # 1's and asked to add cheese to both. Got our food and the burgers had meat and cheese only. Sure miss the old owner never had a problem til today. Other than that this place is Great !
