I take my kids here about 2/3 times out the week and never have an issue. Well tonight I go and they dont turn the ice cream upside down as they’re supposed to and if they dont its suppose to be free right? The cashier at the window said she knows nothing about it and the manager said its not an requirement. This use to be my favorite DQ, until last night December 15, 2025. I pull through the drive through and order my regular, the assistant manager on duty makes my blizzard and before handing it to me she dips a spoon into my blizzard and then licks it and place the used spoon into my order.
