Standing there like an idiot with some old bald guy staring at me on the phone some girl taking out the trash and another filling toppings. Yes all employees and not one even tried to speak. I bet I don’t bother to stop again.
Absolutely horrible service, the ladies working there were rude and highly disrespectful. The whole time the young ladies with purple and pink hair were gossiping and not attending to any customers. Not only that, there were saying disrespectful things about their customers. The young lady with the pink/red hair rolled her eyes after giving me my cone and proceeded to hide herself in the back. I will not be returning and I do not recommend coming here at all!
I work in the mall I come here all the time I’ve never been charged a card fee ever, I always use a debit card and this time I got charged a credit card fee for my debit card that is illegal in the state of North Carolina. I let the lady know politely and she caught an attitude with me went in the back to talk to Trynity (shift lead).
