I work in the mall I come here all the time I’ve never been charged a card fee ever, I always use a debit card and this time I got charged a credit card fee for my debit card that is illegal in the state of North Carolina. I let the lady know politely and she caught an attitude with me went in the back to talk to Trynity (shift lead). My family and I came and got ice cream and it was delicious and the young ladies were very friendly and fast service
The worst DQ experience ever! Ordered a butterfinger blizzard with extra bf. What I got was a 3/4 full blizzard with less bf than a normal one. Should have known by how unhappy and miserable the staff looked. I'll never visit this location again!
The pineapple seems expired
My Ice cream was delicious and the young lady at the from was polite and sweet. Not a big fan of the mall itself but the Dairy Queen was good.
