We ordered a 6 piece chicken strip. After 20 minutes, we went back to the counter to find out where it is. There was muttering and shuffling and an implication they forgot our order. When it finally came up my husband asked for the extra ranch we ordered. The guy was going to go back through the register history to see if we paid for it. Good Ice Cream, Clean Store, and there is this funny guy that i think is named Caleb who my friends and I love he's so cool
I was being a complete Karen, complaining about the amount of toppings my blizzard contained. Nick, who I assume was the manager explained that some staff use a different way of measuring. He was cool about the whole thing and was 100% accountable for the situation. If I owned a company, I would hire him!
