W guy for turning the blizzard upside down when last time I had to ask someone else.
My birthday was last week and DQ sent me an email and a deal in the app to redeem for a free food item. When I went to redeem it, they refused to accept the QR code from the app and were super rude. I even showed them the email and the deal on my phone and they wouldn't honor it. I never got my burger 🫤. If you're going to take 10 minutes in line and still not give me my food at the end, what's even the point of going here?
The staff here are polite and friendly but unfortunately very slow. Some of them were standing around instead of working. The location was relatively clean and the food was fine.
