Order here through doordash 1-2 times a month, I always have to call in to ensure they don't put lettuce on my burger because that's not an option online. I have never had an issue until today... They wouldn't answer their phone so I messaged my Dasher and asked her to relay my message or ask them to answer the phone. We were traveling thru the area and decided to stop for a late lunch at this Dairy Queen. Some of the food was great and hot. The tacos we got were on stale shells, and all of our orders were incorrect in some way or another like tomatoes when it was asked for no tomatoes, etc. We waited about 25 minutes to receive the food we ordered. After eating, we decided on having some ice cream where we had to wait 20 minutes and ask for our order to be completed. Don't know what the other answers are because the person never came back to the speaker after asking us to wait. We did, but they didn't.
