We are regulars @ our local DQ & always order the chicken strips. So, while on a road trip to Des Moines we chose to eat @ the Story,IA store. It wasn't the same. The chicken strips were nugget meat (chicken spam). & cost more...a real shame. We didn't eat it...&will not visit there again. We our Faribault MN store.

Burgers/Fries where hot and fresh. Milkshakes where perfect
It took 30 minutes to get one ice cream. I had to leave early because I couldn’t wait any longer. I spend $6 on a blizzard and need my money back.
Took 20 minutes and I didn't get my one small blizzard because it took so long. Bad, slow service. Very upset, didn't get my money back
