Food is always good, just under staffed. How hard is it to pay your employees well enough to have people want to work here and have the shift covered. Sitting in the drive thru at 4:30 and keep watching people drive out of the line
Literally the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life, and I'm 32 and have worked in food service my whole career. Three people working and not a single one of them knows how to use a gift card. Manager "stepped down" so they didn't have one to call for help, but somehow they had a manager at a different location. "Called for help" but "manager" (who even knows at this point) told them not to accept the gift cards. First told us no one knows how to use the gifts cards and that they couldn't do it at all. Service was horrible and the food was horrible. Dont take 50s even if your bill was 30 . The girls had no idea how to count money back
