I just want to say that the so-called managers at this dairy Queen location needs to be ashamed of themselves. My daughter bought ice cream and the toppings were not to her liking. We went back to the location asked for a different flavor, and they refused. Keep in mind I did not ask for a refund I only asked for a remake of a new flavor. Both managers at least that's what they claim to be trying to enforce the no exchange no remake policy however they had no such policy posted. The girls working were very nice, but stressed it seemed. There was a woman with her daughter that kept arguing with the managers about returning a blizzard that was purchase the day before and got upset when the girls said that they have a same day policy. They still kept the line going, but honestly that exchange put a sour taste in my mouth. Literally why are you trying to return ice cream the next day? Anyways the ice cream was pretty good, but the workers don’t seem respected at all.
