Really love this DQ!!!!!!
They make my drive through order wrong every single time. Their service and lack or respect for the customer is also well below average. I Even sent a complaint to corporate one time, that's how bad it was. I didn't get a response from the specific branch and only an auto-generate response from corporate. My complaining didn't seem to make any impact though. I will be happy to seek out local "mom and pop"' ice cream shops from now on. :)
This place is AWFUL!! I went in to redeem a birthday voucher for a BOGO Orange Julius, and they didn't accept it, and the employee I dealt with was quite rude. I said, "This is Orange Julius, right?" The employee responded "yeah," then I asked why they didn't accept the coupon. She said, "I dunno." It was within the expiration date, and all the other terms of the offer were met. Now that they remodeled it everything even nice keep up the good work, one of the best dairy queens.
Like going to this Dairy Queen. Love that its an indoor Dairy Queen you can enjoy all year long. Always great food and friendly service.
