I love DQ...always have, but this store has the worst service ever. I have given them several tries... still awful. It starts with what seems to be the female owner or manager. She is rude. Went there with the grandkids... took forever. They close at 9:30, but locked the door at 9:11pm. They simply hate their customers. I will drive further from now on.

DO NOT GO HERE. This location likes to adhere to their own made up rules instead of Dairy Queen franchise rules. They want you to pay full price for everything instead of using your app for rewards or coupons. They like to play like the register will not take your rewards or coupons and try to force you to pay full price. The owner is rude as well as the workers. I would advise taking your money. This location needs to looked into my Dairy Queen Cooperate.
Worst service ever, the employees are very rude and unprofessional.
