This location does not let you Collect DQ points, redeem DQ points, or use promotions from the DQ app. I assume they choose not to participate because they are too cheap and don't want customers to det deals or discounts. I suggest going elsewhere to the other dairy queens in the area that all accept the points program and discounts on the app and appreciate their customers.

We went to this dairy queen cause our one nearby didn't have a banana split, but come to our surprise we found an entire paper clip inside our banana split, which our daughter whos 2 years old nearly choked on! We also ordered two chicken ranch wraps and the first one was fine but the 2nd was made with mayonnaise instead of ranch. How do you not notice an entire paperclip going into someones food!?!? Ive complained on the website and will be going in person there tomorrow.

Went there to get a cake for my daughters 13th birthday. After I paid for the cake, I asked the worker if I could get something written on it and he tells me they have no writer. The cake was a completely blank. Obviously, someone buying a cake without any decoration on it would likely want something written on it. He should have told me they had no writer before I paid for it. Also, I gave him a coupon for 5.00 off and he only took 3.00 off, I didn't realize this until after I looked at the receipt when I got to my car. So ... read more
