Placed a mobile order for dine in several minutes prior to arrival. When we got there to pick up food had to wait several minutes before we were even acknowledged. Gentleman that came to counter was very unkept, also there was a bucket of cleaner on the counter where food was being placed. The guy then continued cleaning while also handling food before washing his hands. Faith took our order and made me the tastiest sundae!!! She was so sweet and kind! Whoever raised her did a great job!
Started two get two 7 dollar meal deals and it said upgrade to a blizzard for 2 dollars so we decided for two upgrades and cashier said that will be 31 dollars and change, we said no way that it's a 7 dollar meal with a 2 dollar upgrade, we could not change his mind so forget it
I sat and waited for ice cream a few times lately. Waited long enough that I’m certain they had to go milk the cow before they created the ice cream
