Placed order through app saying it was gonna be ready at 7:57 went up to pick it up at 7:57 and they said they haven’t even gotten it yet and 805. We went up again and she just kind of threw the bag at us, even though he said we were going to be eating it in the restaurant and the food all tasted so stale from it just sitting there it was unreal.
I ordered a cake for my granddaughter that they said they had, driver went to pick up the cake and they Did Not have the cake. Over a month later and I am still waiting for a refund. Ridiculous and terrible customer service. They need management that actually know what they are doing.
