Came in today after placing a mobile order. Never stated I wouldn’t sign a receipt, just simply stated I’d sign it after I received my food. The cashier proceeded to falsely inform the team I refused to sign the receipt, instead of informing the team I stated I’d sign upon receiving my food. Waiting a while at the drive thru window then was asked to pull forward. Waited about 5-10 mins before food was brought out. I thought nothing of it as I ordered chicken strips and that can take a while. Got home took a couple bites to realize the tenders were raw. Cut open the others and they were all raw. Disgusted and angry.
