The automated ordering system got our order wrong and doesn’t repeat the order back to confirm it. When I simply asked the employee at the window to repeat the order so I could correct it, I was met with an incredibly rude and condescending lecture about how I should “listen to the robot.” Mistakes happen—being talked down to for trying to fix one is unacceptable. Her attitude alone was enough to ensure we won’t be back.
My order was so messed up due to the automated ordering at the drive thru. This is ridiculous. What happened to having people to talk to when you order. It’s going to cause complete chaos and is not very helpful
Ice cream is always melted by the time you get it. You knows it bad when you order a cone and they give you a bowl with it because it comes out of the machine as a liquid. Been like this every time this summer.
We go here all the time. Almost always for ice cream. Occasionally for some food. No complaints here. Have always enjoyed everything we order. Service is ok, sometimes a little slow, but no big deal. DQ always makes us happy!!
