Courtney is an EXCELLENT example of what you don't see in customer service much anymore. It's around just not as common. It's the kind that makes a human to human interaction perfect! I guarantee you if anyone runs into her they leave feeling better or with a smile! She is positive!! She has a very strong attention to detail!
