I usually only post positive reviews for places but I'll make an exception. First time back in a long time due to wait times. Drive thru was all backed up tonight after 9pm..we were in the line waiting. Finally some high school kids thought it was cute to laugh, come tell us and some other cars that they're shutting off any more service because it was close to closing time. I highly doubt there is an adult manager around to teach these kids about customer service. No need to go back again after tonight.
Was kicked out of the drive through. We arrived at 9:45 and the line wasn’t moving. At 10:05 two girls came out and told us they wouldn’t serve us because they have to turn off the ice cream machine? I have worked at an ice cream shop for 5 years and knew that was bs…
