Used to be great, not anymore. Awful service. They can't get your order correct and then want to argue with you. Awful experience, tried to get in touch with management to no avail. I'm never coming here again. Avoid this location specifically.
Horrible service ordered a heath blizzard minus hot fudge add cone dip. Then was charged extra money for cone dip, unsure why u remove an item but charge for an item. This doesn’t make since, I’m not adding an additional item. So I’m paying double for an item? Maybe I should have asked for the hot fudge on the side & the cone dip in the blizzard , since I’m paying for it.
I've been wondering why people are still working, without education in this place, for God's sake the service is bad, I hope and the owner of this place sees so many bad comments and radically changes his employees
My peanut buster parfait was a rip off. It couldve been covered with a coffee cup lid. Plus is smaller and more expensive. Definitely not worth it.
I have been going to Dairy Queen since the 1970’s. It was a treat for us kids as we didn’t have a lot of money back then. I done the same as my children grew up but thing’s started changing in the 1990’s. Portion sizes got smaller and the price got higher. WE BOUGHT A SPIDERMAN ICECREAM CAKE AND IT WAS AMAZING, WE ALL LOVED IT!!
The Dairy Queen in Calhoun has always been great but it was so bad Saturday that I had to throw away my food. The gnats were all over it so that I could not eat it. It was hot in there and the floors and counters were all sticky. You can't even get away from the gnats when you get it to go. My husband got a vanilla soft ice cream in a cup to go and when he took the lid off and it had black specks from the gnats. They put the lid on it knowing it had gnats.
On March 20, 2025, it was a "free ice cream" day. We (myself and my two small children) went to the franchise located at 323 N. Main St., Natick, MA 3 times. The line was too long . After the 2d trip we were told at the window to return before they closed at 9 pm. We returned at 8:47 pm. The manager - male Caucasian about 30s-40s - told us they were closed.
