I went to the restroom and saw a staff member walk out of a stall without washing her hands. She went directly into the kitchen and began handling food. This is a serious concern for hygiene and food safety.

It was good enough for the value it provided. 8$ for a cheeseburger, fries, pop and a sundae! Even though the burger was not even close in quality to their non value meal burgers -which are excellent, possibly the best fast food burger available, double and triple Flamethrower etc- the value was there for me. My wife had the crispy chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and it was excellent. It was not in a warming tray etc, it was made fresh, the rings too. We just ordered ice cream and we waited about 10 minutes and there was no lineup. The inside was disgusting, all the tables were filthy and the glass around the tables were full of hand prints and dirty. The floor was also dirty.

Not enough staff. Trying to serve to many people at once, drive-thru, skip the dishes,‍♂️in's, cake pick up's etc. Could use a good cleaning. The Ice-cream Cake was Amazing! Hopefully someone can help these poor employees out They are absolutely ‍♂️ off their feet Good Luck Boyz.
