I placed an order through the app. I arrived and they said they are out of an item from my order. They said they aren't able to give me a refund despite not having my ice cream.

To all adults, please remember that a lot of kids are working here. I forgot and went there with adult etiquette and spoke before ordering and spoke a blank stare). Then said thank you after receiving my order (and again it was a blank stare-from a different person this time). So the service is going to be hit or miss. But at least I the food and ice cream was good, and I didnt have to wait long.

I'm thinking the manager and the ice cream maker flirting heavily with a girl at the counter for more than 10 mins while I'm trying to pick up food. Is not professional. 9 pm or not

Stick to the desserts So unfortunately this DQ has been consistently not good. It’s the closest to our house and it would be nice if it was a good place to get a quick bite. But just ordered 2 combo meals and they fries were not fresh, stale and on the cool side. Cheeseburger was not hot. It had pickles but it shouldn’t have made it that cold that quick. It literally takes me 2 minutes to get home and so all this to say we won’t back. Unless it’s for a blizzard which they do well…still.
